The standard behind the name.
My grandfather, Thomas Oriolo, was a Navy veteran who later spent years as a crossing guard. Not just in title, but in presence. He showed up every day with consistency, patience, and a quiet responsibility for the people around him. Character wasn't something he spoke about. It was something you saw in how he treated others.
At the dinner table, often with a half-glass of red wine, he would say, "I thank God for my family." It reflected more than gratitude. It spoke to his faith, his values, and the way he approached people, with respect, steadiness, and genuine care.
CrossGuard carries his name for a reason. A crossing guard's role is simple: help people move forward safely. That same responsibility, the commitment to show up, do right, and put people first, defines how I operate and what my clients can expect every time.
